1. General Overview
MultiLanka is a premium e-commerce platform based in Wattala, Colombo, Sri Lanka, specializing in multifunctional gadgets and tech accessories. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Orders & Cash on Delivery
We primarily operate using **Cash on Delivery (COD)** to ensure a risk-free shopping experience for our customers. By placing a COD order, you commit to paying the exact order total to the delivery agent upon receiving your package. Refusal to accept confirmed orders may result in restricted access to our platform for future purchases.
3. Warranty Policy
Genuine warranty is valid only for selected items as decided by MultiLanka.
Not all products carry a manufacturer or store warranty. Where a warranty is offered, it will be explicitly stated on the product page or your invoice stringently covering manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water damage, or natural wear and tear are not covered under any warranty explicitly.
4. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective on Arrival: Must be reported via WhatsApp (076 973 9835) within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Return Window: Valid returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Promotions & Shipping
We occasionally provide promotional offers, discount codes, and strictly limited free shipping codes. MultiLanka reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice. Standard orders do not qualify for free delivery unless a valid promo code is applied.
